• Step 1: Spread the Word Tell your friends, family, or coworkers about your experience with us. If they are looking for space, complete the Give $50, Get $50 Referral Program Form below.
• Step 2: They Move In When your friend is ready to sign a new lease and move into their unit, they just need to let our manager know you sent them.  We will match up the referral form you submitted.
• Step 3: Collect Your Credit Once they’ve completed their move in, we will automatically apply a $50 credit to your account. Your friend will also see a $50 discount on their rent!
  

To keep things fair and transparent, here is how the "Give $50, Get $50" deal works:

• For the Existing Customer: A $50 credit will be applied to your next month's rent once the referred friend signs a lease and pays their first full month.  
• For the New Customer: You will receive a $50 discount off your rent.  Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The Catch: The new customer must be a new tenant (not a returning one). Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
