We understand that the personal property you store in your storage unit is valuable and important to you. Space at Hand recommends that each tenant maintain insurance coverage on their stored property. In most cases, your general property insurance will cover property stored at a storage facility, however, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to make sure you are covered.

Space at Hand is not responsible for property stored at our facility. Employees of our storage facility are not qualified or authorized to evaluate the adequacy of insurance provided by your homeowner’s or renter’s policy.
